I read every enquiry personally. You don't need to know exactly what you want. Many of my best projects began with someone who simply felt something wasn't right.

What happens after you send your message

  1. You send your enquiry

    Your message comes straight to me. You'll receive a brief confirmation email to let you know it's arrived safely.

  2. I read and respond

    I'll read your message and reply personally, within two working days, usually sooner. I may ask a question or two to understand your garden better before we arrange anything.

  3. We talk

    We agree a time for a brief call, or go straight to arranging an on-site consultation if you're ready. There's no pressure at any stage.
